  1. Good grief Jeff, Security Services is NOT a gunfire training business, and this decision was not about expansion. This decision was about moving forward with a damage claim.

Yes, Joe is angry. He's angry because all of the money and heartache of trying to keep his business, has been met with dishonesty and lies. SSNW has documentation of these facts. He just weanted his day in court. This whole ordeal should have been resolved almost 5 years ago, without the politics.

Jeff, Joe's comments at the BOCC meeting were articulate and passionate. So, why was the only thing you chose to write about was the indoctrintation of his kids? Was this to portray him as a loose cannon? You know better then that, Jeff, and you know he said that out of anger. If anyone would like to see all of Joe's comments, go to Jeffco101 and look at this Mondays comments.

One last point, Mark Johnsen states that Jefferson County has prvailed at every stage. If I remember correctly, Irv Bertig shut SSNW completely down. Well, SSNW is whole, with the exception of third party training. I don't think that's prevailing at every stage. Stop misleading the citizens of Jefferson County.
