Kitsap Judge Orders Jefferson County to pay $41,515.62
Kitsap Judge Sally Olsen has ruled that Jefferson County must pay $41,515.62 in attorney fees, costs and penalties. Greg Overstreet with Allied Law Group said late Friday that Jefferson County was ordered to pay just under $42,000.00. The case started over phone records withheld by Commissioner David Sullivan (D) from Joe D'Amico.
Jefferson County could appeal the order.
